Club History

Thanks to some very thorough research by our scorer John Young, he has established that a meeting was held in 1893 to form a cricket club called "Badshot Lea and Runfold".

Results pulished just after this date shows most of the games were played at Runfold.

Badshot Lea as we know it was formed in 1937 when our present ground was opened.
